Shipping Charges

Every order is charged with ₹99/- as shipping charges unless we offer free shipping due to some offer.

Order Verification

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Verification Process:

  • Anyone those who want place COD orders with us they need to pay a minimal amount as a token money in order to confirm there order as the this method will remove the lag of order confirmation with customer on calls or sms and it leads to express order dispatch and fast shipping.
  • Only confirmed orders will be shipped.

Order Cancellation:

  • If the customer cancels the order during the verification process, the order will be cancelled from our end.
  • If the customer is unreachable through any of the above methods within a period of 24 to 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If the order dispatched from our side has reached customers destination city and the are unable to receive the shipment or the delivery person is unable to reach them on call or message and the shipment is marked as RTO and returned to us back we are not responsible for such situation as we verified the order with you before making the dispatch.

Prepaid Orders

  • Priority Processing: Prepaid orders are processed on a priority basis and dispatched without any confirmation from the customer.

Order Dispatch

Dispatch Time-frame:

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • In cases of high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 2-3 days.

Dispatch Notification:

  • Once an order is dispatched, a notification SMS will be sent to the customer, including the estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery time for each order is dependent on the courier company.
  • The estimated delivery timeline provided in the dispatch notification is based on the courier company’s schedule and is subject to change.
