- Partial Payments: A minimal advance payment, with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery in cash (Cash on Delivery).
Advance Payments

- Customers may choose to pay the full amount for their order in advance via our secure payment gateway.
- Prepaid orders are processed on a priority basis and are dispatched without any further confirmation required.
- Secured Payment Gateway:
- All advance payments are processed securely. Your payment details are protected and not stored on our servers.
Partial Payments
Partial Payment Process:
- We offer the option to pay a minimal advance amount when placing your order. The remaining balance will be collected in cash upon delivery (COD).
- The partial payment is required to confirm your order and initiate processing. The balance payment will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Order Confirmation:
- Once the partial payment is successfully made, your order is confirmed and will be processed for dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD for Partial Payments:
- If you have opted for a partial payment, the balance amount must be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
- The courier will only release the order to you once the remaining payment is made in full.
Payment Terms
Partial Payment Amount: The partial payment amount will be communicated to you during the checkout process and will be a fixed percentage of your total order value.
Payment Failures: If your advance payment or partial payment fails during checkout, the order will not be processed until a successful payment is made.
Payment Confirmation: Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS detailing the payment amount and order information.
COD Limits: In some cases, COD may not be available for high-value orders. In such instances, we may request full payment in advance.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- If you wish to cancel your order after making an advance or partial payment, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- If your order is canceled before dispatch, any advance or partial payment made will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
